RESUMEN

El autor analiza de forma exhaustiva los problemas bioéticos que plantea el tratamiento en la anorexia nerviosa. Uno de los dilemas más relevantes es el discernimiento entre madurez del menor para tomar decisiones autónomas y la necesidad frecuente de implementar tratamientos forzados.

ABSTRACT

The author thoroughly analyzes the bioethical problems posed by the treatment of anorexia nervosa. One of the most relevant dilemmas is discerning between the child's maturity to make autonomous decisions and the frequent need to implement forced treatments.
