Abstract

RESUMEN

Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica a cerca de la incidencia de la prostitución infantil y su incidencia en el mundo actual, la cual es un mal que acoge a todo el mundo según la ONU. Sin embargo, no hay cifras exactas sobre el tema dado que las fuentes son tan clandestinas como las propias prácticas. Pero no hay duda de que los números son elevados, sobre todo si se tiene en cuenta el notable incremento de la explotación sexual de menores. La prostitución infantil es una realidad social de ámbito delictual con el desarrollo de actos sexuales entre un menor de 18 años y uno de mayor edad a cambio de bienes materiales, económicos o de cualquier otro beneficio.

ABSTRACT

We conducted a literature review about the incidence of child prostitution and its impact on today's world, which is an evil that welcomes the entire world according to the UN. However, there are no exact figures on the subject since the sources are as clandestine as their own practices. But there is no doubt that the numbers are high, especially if one takes into account the significant increase in the sexual exploitation of minors. Child prostitution is a social reality delikti area with the development of sexual acts between a child under 18 years and one older in exchange for material goods, economic or other benefits
